So… its like been a while. We bought the house and move in this weekend. Here’s a picture of our brand new first ever very own house:
I’m sooo excited! Its 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. It has an eat in kitchen a great size back yard, and a tool shed in the back. Its less thatn 5 minutes to walk to the elementary school, which rocks since Zach starts pre-k this fall. We’re moving in this weekend. We closed on the house yesterday morning and got the keys that afternoon. We spent 4 hours getting the house to our standards clean. (I’m a slight neat freak when it comes to kitchens and bathrooms.) Hopefully we’ll be able to paint the boys rooms this weekend while my mom has them in Arkansas.
Our funding on our home loan has come through so we’ll be able to move in next month!!! We’ll be homeowners, and out of my parents oh-so-crowded house. I AM SO HAPPY!

zz: (yelling)”he took my car and he won’t give it back and i don’t want to play with him anymore.”
me: “well, zach you can’t be mean to him back, you have to be nice and show him how to act because you’re the big brother.”
zz: (still yelling) “well, i don’t want to be his big brother anymore!”
me: (yelling to be heard over zach) “well, you are. and you can’t change that!”
zz: “yes i can!”
me: “no you really can’t”
zz: “uh-huh, because i am NOT the big brother anymore!” (and he storms away)
